Depending on your goals, investment horizon, financial capacity, risk appetite, and personal preferences, the right project will vary from one investor to another. So, how do you select THE right project? Browse the project page, review its key characteristics, and compare it with others to find the one that best suits you. You can analyse the following criteria:

• the type of financial instrument offered;
• the fixed interest rate;
• the investment duration;
• the project's stage of development (in development, ready to build, in operation);
• the project rating;
• the tax treatment of the project;
• the repayment type;
• the type of technology used.

Before investing, we recommend reading the entire project page as well as the analysis report carefully, as they contain all the essential information needed to make an informed decision.

Also consider diversifying your portfolio by spreading your investments across different projects, sectors, and durations to better balance risk.

How does payment work?

1. Once you have selected your project, click the "Invest" button and enter the amount of your choice.
2. Then, read and sign your subscription form.
3. Once this step is complete, proceed with payment:
   1. using the available balance on your Enerfip savings account;
   2. by credit card, up to €2,000;
   3. by bank transfer, with a minimum amount of €200;
   4. you also have the option to pay later, within 10 business days from the date you signed the subscription form. While your payment is pending, your place on the project is reserved.
4. Confirm your subscription by clicking the "Reserve the investment" button. A message will appear confirming that your payment has been accepted and that a confirmation email will be sent to you within a few minutes.

How to cancel an investment?

To cancel a subscription, go to your profile under the "Investments" section.

• As a non-sophisticated investor, select the pending subscription and cancel it within 4 calendar days of initiating the subscription.
• As a sophisticated investor, your subscriptions are final and cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, we invite you to contact our team by phone as soon as possible.
