The terms and conditions that determine when you can withdraw your investment amount depend largely on the type of investment you’ve made. You can find this information by reviewing the investment’s details.
The vast majority of opportunities offered by Enerfip are in the form of bonds.
When you subscribe to a bond on Enerfip, the timing of when you can withdraw your money depends mainly on the bond’s term and the scheduled repayment terms.
Each bond has a predetermined term (often 2 to 5 years) that is listed in the project page’s details.
Your invested capital is then locked in until maturity, unless you sell it on our secondary market, Enerdeal, and only if the bond’s terms allow it.
At the end of the term, the issuer repays the principal.
Please note that some bonds may provide for early or staggered repayments (for example, gradual repayment of the principal over several years), which are then specified in the project details.
