Referral Offer

If your referral invests within 6 weeks of creating their account, you will both receive 1% of the total amount of their investments, capped at €2,000 each.

Your referral can significantly increase the return on their first investments on enerfip.eu. As for you, all that remains is to wait until the end of the first 6 weeks to reinvest this bonus.

How does it work?

If you are already an investor with us, you can retrieve your referral code in the Referral section of your account. You can then share it with people around you.
Once your referral has completed their registration—meaning they have answered the questionnaire and submitted their documents—their account is reviewed by Enerfip for validation.
Your referral invests in one or more fundraising campaigns within the 6 weeks following their registration.
After 6 weeks, you both receive 1% of all subscriptions signed and paid by your referral.

Offer Conditions

Eligibility of the referrer
Any person registered on enerfip.eu, holding an Enerfip account and having invested at least once on the platform (funding round closed, subscription certificate issued), with an available referral code in the “Referral” tab of their account.

The referrer may share their referral code with anyone who may be interested in Enerfip’s solutions.
The referrer receives:

1% of the total amount invested by each referral within 6 weeks of their registration.
This bonus is automatically credited to the referrer’s Enerfip account at the end of the 6 weeks and includes all signed and paid subscriptions.

Eligibility of the referred person (referral)
Any person who does not hold—and has never held—an Enerfip account, who registers on enerfip.eu and enters the referral code provided to them in the dedicated field during registration.

The referral receives:

1% of the total amount they invest within 6 weeks of their registration.
This bonus is automatically credited to their Enerfip account at the end of the 6 weeks and includes all signed and paid subscriptions.

Offer Rules

Offer valid since February 1, 2022.
The referral offer is subject to compliance, by both the referrer and the referral, with all conditions set out in these rules. Failing this, the referral will not be taken into account.
Bonuses credited to Enerfip accounts cannot be directly transferred to a bank account. They must first be invested in a fundraising campaign on enerfip.eu.
The referral must be a natural person who has never held an Enerfip account, or a legal entity whose legal representative does not hold an Enerfip account either personally or on behalf of another legal entity.
Both referrer and referral must hold a valid Enerfip account at the time the bonus is credited.
Both must be of legal age and legally capable. The referral must not be under guardianship, curatorship, or legal protection.
To be valid, the referral code must be entered before the end of the 6-week period.
Offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Enerfip prohibits any modification of the offer conditions, under penalty of exclusion, and reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time, subject to notifying investors.
Enerfip reserves the right to permanently exclude from the referral program any person using the offer in a way Enerfip considers abusive.

Other Partnership Offers

Enerfip has entered into partnerships with affiliates. The general conditions governing the payment of bonuses are those described below. Specific conditions are published by these affiliates on their websites. Enerfip may modify these offers at any time.

The affiliate
A blogger or company that promotes Enerfip’s solutions.
The affiliate offers a partner code to their audience, which may be promoted by any legal means to anyone potentially interested in Enerfip’s solutions.

The referral (affiliate offer)
Any person who does not hold—and has never held—an Enerfip account, who registers on fr.enerfip.eu and enters the partner code provided to them during registration.

The referral receives a bonus credited to their Enerfip account, the amount, conditions, and payment timeline of which may vary depending on the offer.

Affiliate offers are subject to compliance, by both the affiliate and the referral, with all conditions set out in these rules and in the partnership documentation signed between the affiliate and Enerfip. Otherwise, the affiliation will not be taken into account.

As a referrer

Can I refer a legal entity?
Yes, absolutely. However, you must not be one of the beneficial owners of that legal entity. In addition, its legal representative must not already hold an Enerfip account, either personally or on behalf of another legal entity.

I want to create an account for one of my minor children. Can I refer them?
No. A minor’s account cannot be considered a referral as it is legally attached to your main account. However, you may refer one of your adult children if they wish to create an Enerfip account.

I am a legal entity. Can I refer someone?
Yes. You can refer someone even if you are registered on Enerfip only as a legal entity.

Since when has the offer been active?
The offer has been active since February 1, 2022. It applies to all referrals who registered from that date onward.

What does validation of my referral’s account mean?
As part of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations, certain documents must be provided during registration. These documents are reviewed by LemonWay, our payment service provider, whose role is to verify the identity of our investors.

An account is considered validated once LemonWay confirms the validity of the identity documents. This verification may take up to 48 hours, and your referral will be informed if their documents are not accepted.

As a referral

Where and when should I enter the referral code?
You must enter the referral code during registration.

After clicking “Open an account,” you will be asked for an email address and password and to accept Enerfip’s Terms and Conditions.
You will then choose the type of account you wish to create. At this second step, the field to enter the referral code will appear.
If you forget, you can still enter the code during registration via the dedicated section in the sidebar.

If you have completed all registration steps without entering the referral code, contact the Enerfip team by email at [email protected] or by phone at +33 4 11 93 41 11 to regularize your situation as soon as possible.

I forgot to enter the referral code during registration. What should I do?
Contact the Enerfip team as soon as possible. However, if you do not contact them before the end of the 6-week period, you will unfortunately no longer be eligible for the 1% bonus.

Can I invest my bonus before my account is validated by Enerfip?
You may initiate a subscription while your account is still under validation. However, payment can only be made once your account has been validated.

About the 1% bonus

My referral signed their subscription but has not yet paid. Will it be included in the bonus calculation?
No. Any subscription must be signed and paid before the end of the 6-week period to be included in the bonus calculation.

When does the 6-week countdown start?
The countdown starts as soon as your referral clicks the “Create my account” button at the bottom of the very first registration page.

Is the 1% bonus shared between the referrer and the referral?
No. The 1% bonus is fully credited to your account and fully credited to your referral’s account.
Example: if your referral invests €200,000, you both receive €2,000 in your respective accounts.

What does the €2,000 cap apply to?
The €2,000 limit applies to the 1% bonus amount credited to you and to your referral, not to the total invested amount.
Example: if your referral invests €300,000, you will each receive a €2,000 bonus (not €3,000), for a total of €4,000 credited.

My referral invested using one of their secondary accounts (legal entity or minor account). Will it be included?
Yes. Your referral may create as many secondary accounts as they wish. The 1% bonus calculation includes all subscriptions made by the user, regardless of the account used. In this case, part of the bonus will be credited to each account pro rata to the investments made.

The fundraising campaign my referral invested in is not finished after 6 weeks. Will the subscription still count?
Yes. Inclusion of a subscription in the 1% bonus calculation is not dependent on the success of the fundraising campaign. The subscription simply needs to be signed and paid by the end of the 6-week period.
