How do gift vouchers on Enerfip work?

A Gift Voucher is subject to compliance with all the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.

Failure to comply will result in the voucher being invalidated.

Gift Vouchers credited to the beneficiary's Enerfip account cannot be transferred directly to a bank account. They must first be invested in a fundraising campaign on enerfip.eu.

The beneficiary must be a natural or legal person who has registered on the enerfip.eu website and does not have any active investments in a project presented on the enerfip.eu website. They can only benefit from the offer if they hold a valid Enerfip account at the time of payment of the gift voucher. They must be legally competent. They must not be under guardianship, curatorship or judicial protection.

The Gift Voucher cannot be combined with other promotional offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Enerfip prohibits any modification of the terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher, under penalty of exclusion from its benefits, and reserves the right to modify or terminate the Gift Voucher at any time by disseminating information to investors or on the enerfip.eu website.
