How to use a promo code?

Everything you need to know about using a promo code on Enerfip to take advantage of special offers and optimize your crowdfunding investments.

How does it work?

  1. Go to enerfip.eu and register by entering the promotional code you have been given.
  2. Complete your registration by answering the questionnaire and verifying your identity.
  3. Depending on the offer, you may receive the bonus in one of three situations :
    1. Upon validation of your Enerfip account;
    2. Upon legal completion of the project in which you have invested;
    3. After a certain period of time following the creation of your account on enerfip.eu.
  4. This bonus must be invested in a fundraising campaign on enerfip.eu before it can be transferred to your bank account. You can use it once or several times, starting with your first subscription.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer

The general conditions that apply to the payment of bonuses resulting from a promotional offer are always those presented below. Enerfip may modify these offers at any time.

The offer applies to anyone who is not currently – and has never been – a holder of an Enerfip savings account, who registers on enerfip.eu, and who, during registration, enters the promo code provided to them (hereinafter “the Beneficiary”).

Once registered on enerfip.eu and having entered the promo code correctly, the Beneficiary will receive a bonus in their Enerfip savings account. The amount, conditions, and timing of the bonus may vary depending on the offer.

Promotional offers using a promo code are subject to the Beneficiary complying with all conditions outlined in these terms. If these conditions are not met, the offer will not apply.

  • The bonus credited to the Beneficiary’s Enerfip savings account cannot be directly withdrawn to a bank account. It must first be invested in a fundraising campaign on enerfip.eu.
  • The Beneficiary must be a natural person who does not yet have an Enerfip savings account and has never held one, or a legal entity whose legal representative does not hold an Enerfip account as an individual or on behalf of another legal entity.
  • The Beneficiary can only benefit from the offer if they have a validated Enerfip savings account by Enerfip’s payment service provider at the time the bonus is credited.
  • The Beneficiary must be of legal age and legally capable, not under guardianship, curatorship, or legal protection.

Promotional offers using a promo code cannot be combined with other promotional offers, including the referral program, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Enerfip prohibits any modification of the offer conditions by the Beneficiary under penalty of exclusion from the offer and reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time.

Where and when should I enter the promo code?

You must enter the promo code provided to you during registration.

  1. After clicking “Open an Account,” you will be asked for an email address and password and to accept Enerfip’s Terms of Use.
  2. Next, you will choose the type of account you wish to create. It is during this step that the field for entering your promo code will appear.
  3. If you forget, you can still enter the code at any point during registration using the dedicated field in the sidebar.

What does account validation mean?

Good question! To comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations, you must provide certain regulatory documents when registering with Enerfip. These are reviewed by LemonWay, our payment service provider, whose role is to verify the identity of our investors.

An account is considered validated once LemonWay confirms the authenticity of the identity documents provided. This verification may take up to 48 hours, and you will be notified if your documents are not accepted.

I forgot to enter the promo code during registration. What should I do?

If you completed registration without entering the promo code, contact the Enerfip team – by email at [email protected] or by phone at +33 4 119 34 111 – to regularize your situation as soon as possible.

If your account has already been validated, you will receive the bonus immediately. Otherwise, you will receive it as soon as your account is validated.

I haven’t completed my registration yet. How long do I have to claim the bonus?

There is no time limit for claiming the bonus credited upon account validation. However, Enerfip may modify or end the promotional offer at any time. We recommend taking advantage of it promptly!

Do I receive the bonus if I don’t invest?

Yes, because the bonus is credited once your account is validated, whether or not you make an investment on Enerfip.

However, in this case, you cannot withdraw the bonus directly. It must first be invested in a fundraising campaign on enerfip.eu.

Can I register as a legal entity and receive the bonus?

Yes, but only if you do not already hold an Enerfip account as an individual or on behalf of another legal entity.

If you registered on Enerfip as an individual using a promo code, you may also create a legal entity account or a minor account (and vice versa). However, the bonus can only be received once, with the creation of your first account.

If I use a promo code, can I also benefit from Enerfip’s referral program?

No, the two offers are unfortunately incompatible. You will need to choose one.
