Buy assets

To help your investments gain liquidity, we provide you with a bulletin board that you can access from your account.

Enerfip offers you an online assets trading tool!

You can now go to your account and position yourself to purchase assets that are currently available.

Enerfip does not participate in the sale, but allows you to connect with sellers and carry out transactions online.

Not all projects are available for sale. You will find transferable projects in which you can invest in the sales tool. In order to purchase assets, the project must meet these three requirements:

  • The project must be in simple bonds.
  • The closing date of the offering must be more than 6 months ago.
  • The final redemption of the assets must take place in more than 2 months.

Sales offer analysis

Once on Enerdeal, you will see the various Enerfip collections offered for sale.

Each offer provides the following information:

Offered price: Price offered by the seller

Nominal value: Initial price of the assets

Months remaining: Number of months remaining before full repayment of the principal

Yield: Corresponds to the projected yield that the purchaser of the assets will receive (this will depend on the initial yield offered by the project and the price offered by the seller)

How to avoid buying at a loss?

Enerfip provides Enerdeal to increase the liquidity of investments offered on the platform.

However, we cannot act as a market regulator (a restriction imposed by the AMF).

Under no circumstances can we impose a sale or purchase price on the assets offered on Enerdeal. This means that all sellers can sell at the price they want.

Some sellers will want to sell you their assets at inconsistent prices.

How can you avoid paying too much?

In the following example, the nominal value is €2.96 per security. However, the price offered by the seller is much higher (€4.13 per security). You need to compare the advertised yield of 2.88% with the initial yield of 7%. In this case, there is no point in buying the securities.

In this advertisement, the yield is negative: -2.88%/year. As we explained, we cannot prohibit sales with a lower yield than the initial issue. However, throughout the purchase process, you will find alerts to warn you of a potentially disadvantageous yield.
