How do I delete my account?

To exercise your right to be forgotten, simply send an email to [email protected] explicitly requesting that your account be deleted.

If you have not made any investments and your account is in good standing, the balance of your Enerfip account will be transferred directly to your bank account.

If you have made investments that have now been completed, we will remove your email address from all our marketing communications so that you are no longer contacted. However, due to the regulatory obligations applicable to Enerfip as a European Crowdfunding Service Provider, the retention period for personal data is five (5) years from the date of the last transaction. We will send you a message to inform you of the permanent deletion of your account at the end of these 5 years. In the meantime, you will receive only regulatory notifications on an exceptional basis.

⚠️ Please note: you cannot delete your account if you still have active investments.
