When you registered, you filled in most of the information required for your account. However, if there is an error or you need to update your details, you can still change them in your investor area. To do so, simply go to the ‘My Account’ tab and fill in the necessary information.
From there, you can make the following changes:
- change your email address;
- change the default language;
- review your password;
- enable 2FA (two-factor) authentication;
- manage your identity documents;
- correct your personal information, such as a name change due to marriage;
- review your investor file by modifying your answers to the questionnaire if you have made a mistake or wish to update your information;
- add proof of address or a second residence if you are considering subscribing to a geographically restricted investment;
- enter your bank details;
- view your tax status;
- certify that you have read the Investor Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions of Use for Payment Services;
- enable or disable notifications.
