The AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) is an independent and autonomous French public regulator responsible for protecting savings invested in financial instruments, informing investors, and ensuring the proper functioning of financial markets. The AMF issues and regulates the status of Participatory Investment Advisor (CIP), the status under which Enerfip operates.
