What is DNB (De Nederlandsche Bank)?

DNB works to foster a healthy financial environment by supervising banks, pension funds, and insurers. Its mission is to contribute to sustainable prosperity in the Netherlands by promoting stability, safety, and integrity in the financial system.

Its counterpart in France is the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR). Among other things, it regulates the status of crowdfunding intermediaries and electronic money institutions (such as Lemonway, Enerfip’s banking partner, which handles the fundraising).
